PAYMENTS
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. If the billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them with you before your order is shipped.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, Bathing Belle online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through Fed/Ex. All shipping services used by bathingbelle.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.
Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days, and will arrive in 4-6 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If your order items with different delivery times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Effective July 1st, 2010, the provincial sales tax (PST) will be
combined with the federal goods and services tax (GST) to form the
harmonized sales tax (HST). This change will affect all services
offered in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia as follows:
- Ontario - 13% HST (8% provincial plus 5% federal components)
- New Brunswick - 13% HST (8% provincial plus 5% federal components)
- Newfoundland - 13% HST (8% provincial plus 5% federal components)
- Nova Scotia - 15% HST (10% provincial plus 5% federal components)
- British Columbia - 12% HST (7% provincial plus 5% federal components)
CUSTOMS
We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any. If an item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee not according to the table. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs and are credited to the card from which the purchase originated.
There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date. All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names and photography are the property of Bathingbelle.com. No use of these may be made without the prior written consent from Bathingbelle.com. The logo, designs, advertisements, and photographic images described or displayed on the site are the intellectual property of Bathingbelle.com and may not be used without permission.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
